Photographers normally retain the copyright of photos, so the submitter should ensure that they have permission to upload photos to DBIA for use without limitations. Any liability for copyright violation shall be borne solely by the submitter.

DBIA reserves the right to publish the images online, in Design-Build DATELINE and in various DBIA presentations about design-build.
